Ankur Kumar is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2018. Practicing in Consumer matters, Constitutional Matters pertaining to SLP’s, Writs and PIL’s, Company Disputes inter-alia between Creditors and Debtors under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Representing Brokers in SEBI and SAT, Claim Settlement in front of Ombudsman.

He also got empanelled with Universal Sompo General insurance co. Ltd., Ligo Group of Companies, Hireholi Group, RuffpageInfotech, QloronPvt. Ltd, Real Estate Firms and Developers & DP Pvt. Ltd, Multicraft Broadband Pvt Ltd, and many other Private Companies.

Ankur presently handles litigation matters of Third Party Administrators and Insurance Broking Companies.  Ankur is a Partner of DLLC, Singapore based law firm, whose Indian desk in under my supervision and deals all clients in India.

Ankur conducts  Court Cases in all District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India.  Works on Trademark Prosecution and handle Trademark Oppositions for a diverse clientele – ranging from Hotel chains to pharmaceutical companies. He also advise clients on trademark portfolios and enforcement strategies.

Worked in many CBI, Anti Corruption, NIA Matters, Also in the field of protection of Human Rights and filed innumerable RTI Applications to bring transparency to the acts of the government.+

In the non -litigation and advisory practice, Ankur is a legal Advisor/ retainer to several MSMEs and Corporates in Manufacturing, Banking, Fintech, Media & Entertainment, Healthcare, IT & ITES and the Education Sector as well as Individuals or proprietory firms.  His non-litigation work also includes assisting in Legal and regulatory compliance, documentation of policies and contracts, vetting and review of contracts, negotiating contracts, conflict management and dispute resolution and strategic advise in managing legal issues.

Ankur has drafted Notice of Oppositions, Affidavits of Evidence, Counter-Statement, Cease and Desist Notices, and other legal documents, research on trademark laws, clearance search for trademark registration, domain name disputes, and other related areas of IPR laws.  

Ankur gives legal Opinions on Insurance Law and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, assited Companies in Government Procurement matters under General Financial Rules and immigration Law.

Ankur provides consultancy and advisory to various Directors in matters pertaining to Criminal Liability of Directors under Companies Act, 2013.
