A Management professional with Mechanical engineering & Business Management education and 36 years of rich industry experience with MNC’s in India and international experience in various fields.

Mr Joshipura started his career as a design engineering in Machine building industry and he subsequently worked for two decades with Larsen & Toubro Limited in EPC Projects and Engineering Services domains. During these years, he has held responsibilities starting from a trainee engineer up to Global Head for a key client delivery. This tenure included responsibilities in a wide spectrum from engineering, project management, BU P&L responsibilities as well as organization wide initiatives.

Since 2011, he is Managing Director at Zeppelin Systems India, a German MNC involved in EPC projects and Engineering Services. From 2021, he has additional role as Managing Director and CEO at Smart Controls Limited, a Zeppelin JV involved in Process Automation and IT services.

He has participated in numerous Development programs and Seminars at National and International level.

During the career he has been associated with a wide spectrum of industries, with focus on new and innovative technologies, indigenization, import substitution, optimization, etc.. Building business organizations from scratch, working within teams, and overcoming challenges has been highlights of his career.

He has inculcated the approach of Think Global, Act Local and has a great interest in creating strong and capable next generation of performing professionals and high performing teams.
